ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION
- ASSIST WITH VARIOUS OPERATIONAL TASKS
- PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Greeting customers and assisting them.
- MAINTAIN SHOWROOM STANDARDS: Ensuring showroom is clean and tidy. Products displays should be kept visually appealing, organized and up-to-date.
- ABILITY TO OPERATE COMPUTERS: Comfortablity with operating Mac computer and various Apple products.
- WILLINGNESS TO LEARN PRODUCT LINES: Gain familiarity with product features, benefits and applications.
- OPERATING KNOWLEDGE OF SOCIAL PLATFORMS: to include but not limited to: Knowledge of operating or willingness to learn HOUZZ, CANVA, GOOGLE MY BUSINESS, YELP, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, TIKTOK, PINTEREST, LINKEDIN, NEXTDOOR
- SOCIAL PLATFORM MANAGEMENT: to include but not limited to:
- Content Creation and Scheduling: creating engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) that resonate with the target audience and scheduling it for optimal posting times
- Engagement: Responding to comments, customer inquiries, handling feedback to build relationships and maintain a positive brand image.
- Paid Advertising: Running targeted ad campaigns to boost visibility, drive traffic and increase conversions
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring our brands messaging and visual identity are consistent across all social media platforms.
- Staying Informed: Keeping up with industry trends.
- CALENDAR / LEAD MANAGEMENT: Manage leads and scheduling appointments.
