ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION
  • ASSIST WITH VARIOUS OPERATIONAL TASKS
  • PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Greeting customers and assisting them. 
  • MAINTAIN SHOWROOM STANDARDS: Ensuring showroom is clean and tidy. Products displays should be kept visually appealing, organized and up-to-date. 
  • ABILITY TO OPERATE COMPUTERS: Comfortablity with operating Mac computer and various Apple products. 
  • WILLINGNESS TO LEARN PRODUCT LINES: Gain familiarity with product features, benefits and applications.
  • OPERATING KNOWLEDGE OF SOCIAL PLATFORMS: to include but not limited to: Knowledge of operating or willingness to learn HOUZZ, CANVA, GOOGLE MY BUSINESS, YELP, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, TIKTOK, PINTEREST, LINKEDIN, NEXTDOOR
  • SOCIAL PLATFORM MANAGEMENT: to include but not limited to: 
  • Content Creation and Scheduling: creating engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) that resonate with the target audience and scheduling it for optimal posting times
  • Engagement: Responding to comments, customer inquiries, handling feedback to build relationships and maintain a positive brand image. 
  • Paid Advertising: Running targeted ad campaigns to boost visibility, drive traffic and increase conversions
  • Brand Consistency: Ensuring our brands messaging and visual identity are consistent across all social media platforms.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up with industry trends.
  • CALENDAR / LEAD MANAGEMENT: Manage leads and scheduling appointments.
